| We have a small farm at Byabarra, just west of Wauchope where we grow vegetables and flowers, together with cattle, goats and chooks. We have been at the Hastings Farmers Market since it commenced, 4 years ago, and have never missed a market. It forms part of our mixed business.
Our most popular vegetables are English spinach, beetroot, carrots, peas and beans and multi varieties of lettuce. We don't spray or use any chemicals on our produce, and prefer to grow our produce in the old style of market gardening, producing lovely fresh vegetables for the market.
Our protea bunches are always an eye catcher on our stall.
Rosemary's homemade Swiss biscuits and thin waffles are really delicious. |
