| John, Helen and children Elizabeth and Tom live on the property in the house we have built.
The farm produces seasonal vegetables including Asian greens, carrots, spring onions zucchini and baby beetroot.
The whole 40ha property is certified A grade organic with about two hectares under vegetable cultivation in two different locations on the farm.
About 30% of the property is a nature conservation area which is in line with the organic philosophy of sustainability. The property also has as part of its system a flock of Wiltshire Horn sheep, chooks, several pigs and several hundred fruit trees. Much of the seteria pasture is utilized in the making of compost. |
